It was on the night of 15-Jan-98, when no creatures were stirring, and all was
silent. Suddenly, Jamie jumped out from behind a rock and wouldnt stop
shouting about "Re: GOOD Programmer Wanted+Other.. QWAK 2 productions starts"
until I was forced to knock
them out:
-> Pity your incorrect Mush...
Oh yeah, how so?
-> The programmer now receives 25%, AND I'm doing most of the work, they
simply
-> make the engine, I'm doing the gfx, level design, music, sound,
distribution,
-> plot, licenses, animations (3d ones) and I'm also handling one or two
other
-> things.
Well, the mail you sent to the list said 10%, or do you wish to still
contest this? I didnt mean to say you were doing nothing (or do you not
know the true meaning of the word Pun?).
-> NOW who'd be sitting back doing almost nothing? Keep in mind there are 80
-> levels, 8 different types of landscapes, 16 different backgrounds, in
excess
-> of 500 frames of animation in the characters alone, not to forget the 3d
-> animated segments, which will be massive in themselves, I'm also handling
-> remapping, the A1200 version and disk-mashing.
Let me get this straight, you have to do this stuff all on your own? If you
have secured a game contract from Team 17, you should be able to get any
musician or GFX artist on the case for free of charge, it goes without
saying as they will offer you any services to finish the game they so
desire want.
Also, was it my imagination, or had Team 17 finished with the Amiga some
time back?
-> Anybody else WANT TO TRY PICK ME OFF?
Who's picking you off?
